Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational qualifications and age limits to participate in the walk-in interviews:
- Educational Qualifications: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, or Graduation.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 31 years.
- Eligible Candidates: Male and Female candidates, both freshers and experienced professionals.
Working Hours & Duty Structure
- Normal Working Hours: 8 Hours Duty
- Working Hours with Overtime: 12 Hours
- Daily OT Availability: Up to 4 Hours daily
- Overtime Rate: ₹120 Per Hour
Salary Details & Take-Home Pay
Compensation is structured based on educational qualifications, shift duration, and daily overtime.
In-Hand Salary for 8 Hours Duty:
| 10th & 12th Pass: ₹15,300 per month (In-Hand) |
| ITI Pass: ₹15,600 per month (In-Hand) |
| Diploma & Graduate: ₹16,000 per month (In-Hand) |
Monthly In-Hand Salary with OT (12 Hours Duty):
| Estimated Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹28,000+ |

- Canteen: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner provided as per shift schedule.
- Transportation: Bus facility available in Sanand and Aagam routes.
