Qualification

1. 12th Pass (not perusing anything) 2. ITI  Traits : ITI Fitter/ ITI Machines only . 2019/20/21 pass outs.

Stipend & Benefits

12th Pass: CTC 13500 for 12 hours per monthITI Pass:1  CTC 14500 for 12 Hours Per month  Two Shifts: Day/ Night ( 6.40 am to 6.40 pm & from 6.40 pm to 6.40 am) Shift : 12 hours (Rotational shifts Day/ Night so shift timing will change every 7 days)  Overtime : No  Weekly : One day off ( Not necessarily Sunday).  Other Facilities:Canteen: 10/- per meal ( Two meals  in a day) Accommodation provided by company : Free for 6 month DA increment as per the norms - twice in one year

Process of Selection : For All Candidates.

1) One Technical round Face to Face Interview at company for ITI Pass outs  2) Only HR round Face to Face Interview at company for 12th pass students.

Note

All selected  based on performance they will come on company payroll after initial one year.  1)  Experienced candidates  whose PF/ESI is deducted : They will be put on third party payroll for 1st year.  2) For ITI passports Freshers and Experienced without PF/ESI deduction: They will be put on NAPS Apprentice role for 1year and  would get a on job Training certificate under the NAPS scheme on successful completion of their Apprenticeship Exam. 3) Only 12th pass candidates : They will be put on third party payroll for 1 year.

Please bring the following documents alongs with you in originals . Originals will be returned same day after verification.

1) ID proof : Photocoty of Voter ID/ Passport/Driving License2) 2 passport size photographs.3) Age proof certificate 10th Certificate/Passport/Driving License4) Photocopy of Certificates of 10th/ 12th / ITI 5) 2 copy of Resume.
