Rs. 14000/ to 15000/ CTC PM +incentive + PF ESI

Job Responsibility

1. Responsible towards achieving daily production target and finding out the production gap (downtime) and working on it to reduce it to achieve 100% production. 2. Working on TBM with using different components for tyre building 3. Responsible to maintain 5s implementation. 4. To ensure operational parameter as per specification. 5. Check process parameter on daily basis as per specification. 6. Root cause analysis of the problem and taking corrective action. 7. Monitoring green tyre production through SIC Board. 8. Proceeding daily & monthly reports to HOD Production. 9. Responsible to raise FTC after building drum size changeover. 10. Responsible to on-going training imparted to operator & helper to have better qualitative product as per SOP. 11. Ensured correct component application as per application. Responsible for opening and closing stocks with zero loss
