Job Details

1. Technician / Sr. Technician (Mech. & Elect.) Job Purpose: Assembly of Wind turbine Generator. BOM, Drawing, wiring diagram reading Roles and Responsibilities 1. To be achieved Production target of assign subassembly carried out as per production plan. 2. Updated in process checklist of assign subassembly. 3. Give inputs for BOM correction of assign subassembly. 4. Checked all new revised BOM and Drawing, specified shortages and suggested for DCR. 5. Give Feedback to implement jigs and fixture for easy process of WTG. Desired Candidate Profile ITI - Fitter / Electrician

2. Engineer - Quality (Mechanical) Job Purpose: 7 Quality Tools Measuring instrument handling Roles and Responsibilities 1. Inspect all mechanical parts as per QAP/inward checklist/BOM/KI Specification/ISO&DIN standard 2. Clear all GRNs within prescribed time after store verification 3. Prepared inward checklist for the major component 4. Check & preserve all Test reports of the major components 5. Identification to the main assembly stages at start of assembly 6. Check & fill goods receipt report for Major components using bore gauges & micrometers 7. Witness all sub assembly bolts torque 8. Witness all critical process like bolt pre-tensioning, generator alignment, bearing assembly 9. Verify in process checklist for serial, Batch numbers 10. Final Inspection

2. Engineer - Quality (Electrical) Job Purpose: 7 Quality Tools Test instrument handling Roles and Responsibilities 1. Inspect all electrical parts as per QAP/inward checklist/BOM/Specification/ISO&DIN standard 2. Identification of all accepted material in IQC. 3. Raise NCR for the material which is non-confirming 4. Clear all GRNs within prescribed time after store verification 5. Maintain the GRN tracing record. 6. Prepared inward checklist for the major components 7. Check & preserve all Test reports of the major components 8. In Process Inspection & Testing 9. Final Inspection
