| Role & Responsibilities |
Fresh incumbents will be on in-house training for 15-20 days at their respective locations and will run in Field after successful training completion.
There will be on-going training programme schedule for these fresh incumbents, in every two months there will be refresher programme to upgrade their skills, knowledge and to improve the productivity.

Initial Two Months
Providing support to MSRs/FSO
Market visits along with MSR/FSOMechanics engagement: supporting MSRs/FSO in engaging mechanics through programs such as weekly or monthly meets.Engaging Mechanics in MLP (Mechanics loyalty programme) of LIS.The overall goal of this position is to travel in the assigned territory in support of our selling efforts.
