Who should apply?

We are actively seeking candidates with ITI or Diploma qualifications (pass year 2020 to 2025). Candidates with relevant bachelor's degrees (BSc, BA, BCom, BPharm) are also eligible.

 Freshers and recent apprentices are encouraged to apply.

Basic Requirements & Preferences

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma (primary focus)
• Pass Year: 2020 to 2025 (freshers / apprentices)
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or pharma processes (preferred)
• Good attendance, ability to work in shifts, and adherence to SOPs
• Team player attitude and willingness to learn on shop floor
