Sunlight Infra Energy Pvt Ltd is recruiting production operators for its solar manufacturing line. If you hold an ITI or Diploma and have 1–3 years of production or machine-handling experience — especially in the solar sector — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Operate stringer and laminator machines safely and efficiently.
• Align and solder solar cells; load and handle materials as per process requirements.
• Perform routine quality checks and basic machine maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures, production shift rules, and team instructions.

Requirements & Preferences

• Qualification: ITI or Diploma (relevant mechanical/electrical/production trade preferred).
• Knowledge: Basic solar process knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience: Prior machine handling / production experience preferred.
• Shift-ready, reliable, and a good team player.
• Candidates from the solar industry will be preferred.
