• ITI holders in all technical trades

💰 Salary and Benefits (On Company Payroll):

For Diploma Holders:

• ₹14,000/month + ₹4,000 (Govt. DBT)
• Attendance Bonus: ₹500/month
• Total Earnings: Up to ₹18,500/month (8 hours)

For ITI Holders:

• ₹12,000/month + ₹1,500 (Govt. DBT)
• Attendance Bonus: ₹500/month
• Total Earnings: Up to ₹14,000/month (8 hours)

For 10th/12th Pass:

• ₹11,500/month + ₹1,500 (Govt. DBT)
• Attendance Bonus: ₹500/month
• Total Earnings: Up to ₹13,500/month (8 hours)

📅 Work Benefits:

• Overtime: Single rate on basic salary
• Yearly Increment: ₹1,000 to ₹9,000 (based on performance)

• Subsidized Canteen at ₹50/day
• Optional Transport: ₹450/month
• Accommodation available after 5-6 PM at ₹700-800/month (Free water & electricity)
• Shift Timing: 8 hours (regular), 12 hours (if required)
