Shift: 8 Hours (Rotational, AC work environment)

Eligibility: 

• Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical) with at least 5 years of experience
  OR
  B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) with at least 3 years of industrial experience
• Experience leading teams in industrial/solar plant settings

Only experienced candidates. UP & Bihar candidates are not eligible.

Job Summary

Reliance Solar Industry is urgently seeking an experienced Job Supervisor to oversee plant operations at our modern solar facility in Jamnagar. This role calls for strong technical expertise and proven ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and engineers to achieve operational targets
• Coordinate with departments to resolve technical and process issues
• Prepare reports on plant performance and maintenance
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Continuously drive process improvement and efficiencies

Requirements

• Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical) with at least 5 years of experience
  OR
  B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) with at least 3 years of industrial experience
• Experience leading teams in industrial/solar plant settings
• Knowledge of solar plant operations and maintenance
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• Readiness to work in fast-paced, rotational shifts

Salary & Benefits

• Net Take-home Salary: ₹33,000 per month
• Accommodation (sharing), food, and transport supported by Quess Corp
• Deductions: ₹2,900/month (accommodation), ₹100/day (food), ₹500 (one-time, medical), ₹100 (one-time, police verification)
