About the Role
Madhav Stelco Pvt Ltd is inviting fresh ITI pass-outs (Turner, Fitter, Machinist, CNC trades) and Mechanical Engineering graduates/diploma holders to join its Transmission Line Tower (TLT) manufacturing plant at Mandi Gobindgarh. Selected candidates will undergo hands-on training in Fabrication and Galvanizing processes to gain valuable technical skills and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in fabrication and galvanizing production activities.
- Learn to operate and maintain machinery as per procedures.
- Follow safety and quality standards in all operations.
- Support supervisors with day-to-day production tasks.
Key Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
- Ability to read simple engineering drawings (preferred).
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI in Turner / Fitter / Machinist / CNC trades OR
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
