Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring quality standards. Key tasks include:

• Quality Assurance: Ensuring machinery and materials produce products to agreed quality standards.
• Material Management: Requisition of raw materials from approved suppliers and maintaining quality records.
• Process Control: Identifying and controlling non-confirming products as per system procedures.
• Team Leadership: Supervising, training personnel, and managing work shifts/manpower.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintaining Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policies and implementing "5S" on the shop floor.
• Technical Oversight: Updating machine panel parameters during product changes and maintaining changeover checklists.
