Available Job Roles & Requirements

1. Assembly Operator

• Qualification: ITI - Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)
• Experience: 3 to 8 years
• Key Skills: Aircraft assembly, drilling, reaming, riveting, fastener installation, and reading engineering drawings.

2. CNC / Grinder / Gear Hobbing Operator

• Qualification: Diploma (Tool & Die / Mechanical)
• Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Key Skills: Operating 3, 4, 5, 7 axis CNC machines (Mazak, Doosan, etc.), Mill-Turns with Siemens/Mazatrol controllers.

3. Special Process Operator

• Qualification: Diploma (Tool & Die / Mechanical)
• Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Key Skills: Vacuum heat treatment, thermal spray coating, EBW, brazing, sandblasting, and shot peening.

4. CMM / Manual / NDT Inspector

• Qualification: Diploma (Tool & Die / Mechanical)
• Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Key Skills: Zeiss (Calypso), Hexagon (PC-DMIS), GD&T, MPI/FPI, Radiography inspection. NDT Level 2 (NAS 410) preferred.

5. Methods / Process Engineer

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
• Experience: 5 to 15 years
• Key Skills: Process sheet creation, APQP, AutoCAD, Catia, SAP, cost estimation for RFQ parts.

6. NC Programmer - Machine Shop

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
• Experience: 5 to 15 years
• Key Skills: NC programming in Catia, NX, Vericut; knowledge of 3, 4, 5-axis machining.
