Salary & Earnings Breakup
The monthly compensation package is structured distinctly based on the educational qualification tier as listed below:
For ITI / Diploma Candidates:
- Stipend: ₹19,400
- Attendance Incentive: ₹2,000
- Retention Incentive: ₹1,000
- Total Earnings: ₹22,400 per month
For B.Tech / BE Candidates:
- Stipend: ₹23,400
- Attendance Incentive: ₹2,000
- Retention Incentive: ₹1,000
- Total Earnings: ₹26,460 per month
Note: The Retention Incentive of ₹1,000 per month will be paid combinedly at the end of 1 successfully completed year of service.
