Salary Breakdown & Additional Benefits

Total Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000+ (Based on attendance, shift allowances, and OT)

Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000/- per month

Education Allowance: ₹600/- per month

2nd Shift Allowance: ₹50/- per shift

Night Shift Allowance: ₹100/- per shift

Overtime (OT): Extra compensation provided as applicable
