Salary Details & Monthly Stipend
The company offers a structured stipend based on education and passing year, along with attendance awards for an 8-hour daily shift:
| ITI Passouts: ₹16,000/- Stipend + ₹1,000/- Attendance Award per month |
| Diploma (2021 to 2026 Batch): ₹23,000/- Stipend + ₹2,000/- Attendance Award per month (Total ₹25,000/-) |
| Diploma (2016 to 2021 Batch): ₹18,000/- Salary per month |
Work Shifts & Additional Benefits
| Shift System: Rotational shifts across A, B, C, and General (G) shifts. |
