Eligibility Criteria & Qualification Details

Applicants must satisfy the following criteria before attending the walk-in drive:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed a 3-Year Diploma in Engineering or hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
• Passing Years: Passouts from the academic batches of 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 are eligible.
• Age Criteria: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years.
• NAPS / NATS Condition: Candidates who have previously worked or enrolled under NAPS/NATS schemes are not eligible to register under NATS again for this recruitment.

Salary Structure & Additional Benefits

Lumax Automotive Division offers a competitive remuneration structure along with employee-centric perks:

• Diploma Holders: Basic pay of ₹20,000 (including DBT amount) + ₹2,000 on full monthly duty completion, yielding ₹22,000 for 8 hours (30/31 days).
• B.Sc & B.Com Holders: Basic pay of ₹21,000 (including DBT amount) + ₹2,000 on full monthly duty completion, yielding ₹23,000 for 8 hours (30/31 days).
• Overtime (OT): 4 hours of daily overtime available at the rate of ₹80 to ₹84 per hour.
• Retention Bonus: A special bonus of ₹3,000 is provided upon completing 3 consecutive months of regular duty.
• Career Progression:
  • Diploma candidates can progress to 2nd year on DET status (₹20,000 CTC Salary + 4 hours daily OT) based on work skills and performance behavior.
  • Opportunity for promotion to on-roll company staff in the 3rd year based on company requirements.
• Work Environment & Facilities: Work takes place in a fully air-conditioned plant (standing job). Canteen meals and bus transport are provided completely free of cost. Plant shifts operate across 8-hour and 12-hour duty patterns.
