JBM Auto Limited provides an attractive compensation package for apprentice trainees. The total amount directly credited to the candidate's bank account amounts to Rs 18,000 per month, detailed as follows:

Fixed Monthly Stipend: Rs 14,000/- (for 26 working days, 8 hours per day)

Attendance Allowance: Rs 2,500/- (awarded on completing full 26 duties in a month)

Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT): Rs 1,500/- (transferred directly by the government into the bank account)

Total Credit to Account: Rs 18,000/- Per Month

Overtime (OT) Pay: Rs 67/- per hour

Social Security Deductions: No PF or ESI deduction will be made during the apprenticeship training period.
