Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Candidates must satisfy the following terms and qualifications to attend the selection drive:
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma, B.Sc, or B.Com from a recognized institute.
- Batch Eligibility: Passouts from academic years 2023 to 2026 only.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years.
- Residency Requirement: Local candidates are not permitted. Only outstation / non-local candidates are eligible to apply.
- Apprenticeship Restriction: Candidates who have previously completed apprenticeship training under NAPS or NATS are not eligible for this hiring drive.
Salary & Benefits Structure
The duty tenure is 8 hours per day across 30/31 days in a month. Detailed salary bifurcation is provided below:
1. Diploma Holders
- Basic Salary: Rs 20,000 per month (including DBT amount)
- Attendance / Full Duty Allowance: Rs 2,000
- Total Gross on Full Duty: Rs 22,000 per month
2. B.Sc & B.Com Graduates
- Basic Salary: Rs 21,000 per month (including DBT amount)
- Attendance / Full Duty Allowance: Rs 2,000
- Total Gross on Full Duty: Rs 23,000 per month
Overtime & Additional Allowances
- Overtime Allowance: Rs 80 to Rs 84 per hour (up to 4 hours daily overtime available).
- Retention Bonus: Rs 3,000 bonus awarded upon completing 3 continuous months of duty.
- Work Environment: Modern, fully air-conditioned shop floor (standing work profile).

Selection Process
The hiring process will be conducted via direct walk-in assessment:
