Eligibility Criteria & Job Details
1. Assembly Operator
| Qualification: ITI - Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT) |
| Experience: 2 to 8 years |
| Key Skills & Responsibilities: Proficient in aircraft assembly operations like drilling, reaming, riveting, and fasteners installation process. Good at reading engineering drawings and working with hand tools & cutting tools. Experience in assembly process of aircraft fasteners, aero dynamics & basic aircraft structures. |
2. Quality Inspector
| Qualification: Diploma (4 to 8 years experience) or BE / B.Tech (1 to 4 years experience) |
| Experience: 1 to 8 years (based on qualification) |
| Key Skills & Responsibilities: Awareness on AS9100 requirement / QMS, measurement tools, and techniques. Knowledge on inspection, measuring devices, and handling customer complaints. Experienced in FAI documentation process, cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and RCCA. |
3. Production Supervisor
| Qualification: Diploma (4 to 8 years experience) or BE / B.Tech (1 to 4 years experience) |
| Experience: 1 to 8 years (based on qualification) |
| Key Skills & Responsibilities: Effectively manage shift-wise production (aerostructure assembly), optimize manpower, and ensure daily plan adherence as per IMS (plan vs. actuals). Drive continuous improvement by implementing lean practices (TPM, 5S, GEMBA) and rigorously maintaining compliance with quality systems like QMS and AS9100. |
